What the quote form collects

Contact details: name, company, email, phone, country and preferred language.

Shipment details: transport mode, origin and destination, cargo type, containers or volume and weight, ready date, Incoterm, commodity, whether the cargo is hazardous, and your message.

To stop spam we also keep a one-way coded version (hash) of your internet address and the type of browser you used. We cannot read your internet address from the code.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request: to prepare a price, ask follow-up questions and, if you book with us, to handle your shipment.

We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.

Who sees it

Your request is stored in our customer portal. Only MGS sales and operations staff can read it. Our technology providers host the portal and its database for us.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.

If you sign in to the customer portal, we use the cookies needed to keep you signed in. They are not used for anything else.

How long we keep it

We keep requests as long as we need them to answer you and for our normal business records.
